Here at Northern Christmas Trees, we only provide 'the best' quality Christmas Trees at very reasonable prices! One of our three aims is to provide our customers with piece of mind, so we make this guarantee:
If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your Christmas Tree, we will replace or refund as you wish. We guarantee to only supply 'the best' quality products at Northern Christmas Trees. Note: We only guarantee trees as delivered, as improper tree care can lead to a reduction in quality. Please see our tree care page for advice.
Cancellation & Refund PolicyFor your piece of mind you may cancel your order any time before delivery and request a complete refund. If you wish to cancel you order, simply call us on 077 927 13573 and we will deal with your request.Privacy PolicyWe store all our customers details such as email addresses, delivery addresses and telephone numbers securely and off-line, but DO NOT store our customers financial data. Our customers details are never passed on to third party companies. We will remove any customers details from our system upon request, simply send us an to email removeall@northernchristmastrees.co.uk with your name and address and we will remove all your data from our systems. |
